Membership

Men, women and boys baptized in the Christian faith may be admitted to active membership in the Brotherhood of St. Andrew. Only men older than age 20 who are communicants of the Church may hold a Brotherhood elective office or be designated as delegates to National Council Meetings. These men can either be a Senior or a Life Member. The Senior Member is one who contributes national ministry dues of $50 annually to support the work of the Brotherhood. The Life Member is one who contributes at least a one-time ministry dues of $1,000 or more which is also used to support the work of the Brotherhood. Active members who cannot practically become affiliated with an active Chapter shall be known as Members-at-Large. All members pledged to follow the Disciplines of Prayer, Study, and Service.

Young men under 21 years of age may be Junior Members of a chapter or a member-at-large by contributing national ministry dues of $10 annually until they turn 21. Junior members may attend Brotherhood meetings, and at Chapter and Assembly levels may participate in discussions and activities of the Chapter or Assembly; but they may not hold Chapter or Assembly office or have delegate status at national events.

Women and girls may participate in Brotherhood activities as Associates by contributing national ministry dues of $25 annually to support Brotherhood endeavors. Associates may attend Brotherhood meetings, and at Chapter and Assembly levels may participate in discussions and activities of the Chapter or Assembly; but Associates may not hold Chapter or Assembly office or have delegate status at national events.
